Corporate governance
The governance of Evli Bank Plc is based on generally accepted principles of good corporate governance and the highest ethical standards. The operations of Evli are conducted in compliance with the Finnish Companies’ Act, applicable statutory provisions governing the Finnish securities markets, the regulations of the Financial Supervision Authority, the official rules of the Helsinki Stock Exchange and the requirements of the various regulatory authorities. The company’s operations are also conducted in compliance with the recommendations of the Helsinki Stock Exchange, the Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK.
